We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your furniture within the specified timeframe. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as transportation issues or force majeure events. In such cases, we will inform you promptly and work towards a satisfactory resolution.

The risk of loss or damage to the furniture transfers to you upon delivery. Please inspect the package and furniture carefully upon receipt and notify us immediately of any damages or discrepancies.

We understand that your satisfaction is important. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of delivery to arrange for a return or exchange.
For non-damaged items, returns or exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to our discretion and applicable fees. The furniture must be in its original condition and packaging for a return or exchange to be processed.
Please note that customized or made-to-order furniture may not be eligible for returns or exchanges, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
